Wellness Center Mural
It all started with a contest
This mural will be located right next to the main entrance of the new Inclusivity and Wellness center. It is crucial that this mural is a reflection of the groups that are related to the center.
Related groups/resources: Basic Needs Advisory, Dreamers Alliance, Pride Alliance, Sparkpoint (financial help services), health room (located in the center)
The actual painting of the mural will be done by the competition winner (optional but highly recommended), ASDVC'S Ad Hoc committee, and students from DVC's Art Department. More groups will potentially get involved as well.
The mural itself will be started and completed during the Spring Semester (with a possibility of continuing into the Summer).
MURAL IDEAS
IMPORTANT: You do not have to include all of these ideas in your mural design, however please include a minimum of one or two ideas from most (or all if you so choose) categories in order to make sure that your design is as inclusive as possible.
You’re also more than welcome to include other symbols/ideas that you have that reflect the groups involved with the Inclusivity and Wellness Center.
